We offer a huge range of cutting structure options from 3 blade to 12 blade designs in diameters up to 18 ½”

Our company has taken the smoke-and-mirrors out of drill bit design. Our unique UD series steel product line drill harder, firmer formations at a higher rate of penetration than conventional PDC products. The shankless, single piece bits feature a flat profile that optimizes depth-of-cut from bit center to gauge. These versatile bits drill from well spud to surface casing drill-out and beyond. We offer the UD series in 4, 5 and 6 blade designs up to 24” diameter.

Our steel bodied bits’ revolutionary design, cutter placement, profile, and premium non-planar cutters produce a more consistent torque value. Directional drillers say our designs provide steady torque and create smoother, more predictable build rates. While the UD series product has an exceptionally wide application range it is fast becoming the bit of choice in the shale plays around the US.
