Wellheads:

Thermal:

Stream-Flo is a leader in the design of SAGD wellhead equipment. The standard thermal wellhead product line includes API Annex F tested hangers, adapters, heads and gate valves. Stream-Flo provides complete well control with multiple tubing strings and instrumentation lines and provides solutions that reduce drilling, installation and completion times.

Artificial Lift:

Stream-Flo has a wide variety of wellhead equipment for pumping wells. Wellheads for Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) are available including feed thru equipment from any preferred supplier and a wide range of tubing and casing sizes. Rod pumping systems can be provided with threaded systems or the unique Composite Pumping Trees.

Conventional:

Stream-Flo´s Crown products include a complete line of conventional wellhead and christmas tree components for use in a wide variety of environments. Working pressures range from 2000 to 15,000 psi and are designed for single or multiple completions. A significant inventory of conventional equipment is kept in inventory to reduce lead times.

Custom Design:

Specialized and critical service equipment is designed and manufactured through close consultation to meet our customer´s unique requirements. Unique applications may include specialized materials or Corrosion Resistant Alloys (CRA), dual completions, coiled tubing and instrumentations lines, and multibowl equipment.

CPT:

The unique design of the CPT was conceived, developed, introduced and patented by Stream-Flo for rod pumping applications. It combines the tubing head adapter, production blow-out preventer, pumping tee and studded-top connection in one solid compact unit. The result is a stable secure product that provides distinct advantages over traditional pumping christmas tree arrangements. Our product line has evolved to include integral features such as hydraulic operator, gate valve, rod clamp, injection/instrumentation exits, and dual completions.

Gate Valves:

Quality Systems:

Stream-Flo´s Crown gate valve products feature a full bore/thru-conduit design, in-line reparability and protected long-life seats. Our gate valves are designed for all types of applications including wellhead, christmas tree, ESD, and choke and kill manifold systems. Our models can be equipped with single or double-acting hydraulic or pneumatic actuators with manual override and fail-safe closed or open systems.

Proprietary CRA:

Our castable corrosion resistant alloy SCR 6191 can be substituted for solid InconelTM type material and/or alloy-type clad valves for extremely severe and corrosive environments.

ESD and check valves:

  ESD and Components:

Stream-Flo´s Crown Hydraulic Self-Contained, Spring-Fail Closed Emergency Shutdown (ESD) System is used for the automatic closing of gate valves on wellheads and flow lines under emergency conditions. The system consists of a hydraulic actuator, a manual hydraulic pump and control assembly, and a reverse-acting gate valve. The system can be tripped by several means, the most common means by a pressure pilot which trips the system when it senses pressure fluctuations outside of the specified control range.

Stream-Flo´s Self-Contained Hydraulic Surface Safety Valve Actuation Systems require no flowline pressure, compressed air, gases nor electricity for power and instead utilizes its own clean, contaminant free, closed-loop hydraulics to power and control the actuation system. As a result, these systems are defined as "self-contained" making them ideal for use in remote applications or in applications where a power source for an actuation system is not available, unreliable or is very costly to produce and/or maintain.
The system operates totally independent of the produced fluids using only its own clean hydraulic fluid in a closed-loop, bubble tight circuit as its operating medium. Risk of contamination of the actuator and trip control circuits is eliminated ensuring long term system reliability and durability.
