This commitment is in the best interest of our customers, our employees and contractors.
BEST Group requires the active commitment to Quality from all employees and contractors. Line management has a leadership role in the communication and implementation of, and ensuring compliance with, the Quality policy and with the ISO 9001:2008 standard. BEST Group is committed to:

3. Protect the environment, the health and safety of our employees, customers and contractors;
4. Eliminate Quality non-conformances and incidents;

To this effect, BEST Group has implemented Quality Management System as per the ISO9001:2008 standard requirements and a Quality Management Representative whose responsibility is mainly to ensure Quality Management System establishment, implementation and maintenance, as well as effective reporting to management on the Quality Management System performance and any need for improvement.

Health
BEST Group values the health of all our employees. As such periodic medical examinations are scheduled, starting with the pre-employment phase to ensure that all employees are physically and mentally suited for their particular job.
Due to the wide range of countries and working environments, employees are advised on the necessary vaccinations, inoculations and prophylactics required for specific countries to which they are assigned according to our Health standard.
SAFETY
The safety of our employees, customers, contractors and the public are important to BEST Group and several programs are included within the HSE Management System to ensure continually improving standards.
These programs include:
• Regular site inspections by supervisory and management personnel.
• Internal auditing by management and the HSE department
• Careful and regular monitoring of key performance indicators at all levels from the field crew to the executive management.
• HSE Review meetings and the development of action plans for improvement of performance
• Establishment of individual HSE Key performance Indicators.
ENVIRONMENT
It is everyone’s responsibility to protect the environment in which we all live and work. To this end, BEST Group has put in place an Environmental standard to reduce the quantities of air emission, waste water and chemical in our workshops and at rig-sites.
We will continue to strive to minimize the amount of waste generated through establishing clear annual reduction targets.
